Ahead of this week’s finale of SBS’s “While You Were Sleeping,” starring Lee Jong Suk and Suzy, the drama has released a slew of behind-the-scenes photos from set.

The photos show the cast hard at work, but mostly having a great time, chatting between takes, goofing around, and celebrating birthdays.

A source from “While You Were Sleeping” said, “With so much support from the viewers, here we are, already in the final week of the drama. Stay tuned to the final episodes to find out what happens to Hong Joo (Suzy).”
